These terms govern your use of the Synthetic Markets Binary Bot. By accessing or using the application, you agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with applicable law, broker rules, and these terms.
Independent software service
Synthetic Markets (Pty) Ltd supplies a visual software interface. Synthetic Markets is independent from Deriv and does not provide brokerage, custody, deposit, withdrawal, personalized investment, or financial advisory services.
Eligibility and account responsibility
You must be legally permitted to use the applicable broker products in your jurisdiction and meet the broker's eligibility requirements. You are responsible for protecting your account, reviewing granted permissions, and all activity performed through your authorized session.
No promise of returns
The application does not guarantee availability, execution, accuracy, profit, or suitability. Examples, templates, indicators, community material, and demo results are provided for education or software functionality and are not promises of future performance.
Your strategies and imported files
You are responsible for reviewing the logic, stake progression, stopping conditions, and permissions of any strategy you create or import. Do not run files from untrusted sources. Synthetic Markets is not responsible for losses caused by user settings, third-party strategies, account conditions, or actions outside our control.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to compromise the service, bypass access controls, interfere with other users, misuse broker systems, distribute malware, or use the application unlawfully. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with legal obligations.
Service changes and availability
Features may change as broker APIs, market availability, security requirements, or platform infrastructure evolve. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk acknowledgement
By enabling trade execution, you acknowledge that derivatives and automated trading involve significant risk. Read the Risk Disclosure before using a real account.
